A serving of 28 grams of blue corn tortilla chips contains a total of 7 grams of fat with 1.5 of those grams being saturated fats. The lack of sugar should not cause you to think that it is keto-friendly. This is because it also contains saturated fats which are a health risk as well as carbohydrates that could easily slow your weight loss process.

You should not eat any amount of tortilla chips while on keto unless you are using alternative flour and oils that are suitable for the keto diet. For instance, you could use almond flour to bake your own tortilla chips or use a keto-friendly oil such as coconut oil or olive oil. Lime is also keto-friendly and can be used as well.

Are Sun chips Keto Friendly?

Sun chips are high on carbohydrates as they are made mostly of wheat and corn products, sugar, salt, brown rice, and maltodextrin from corn. A  30 grams serving of sun chips contains   6.3 grams of fats with 0.7 of those being saturated fats and  20 grams of carbohydrates with 2. Of those being dietary fiber and  2.2 being sugar and 2.4 grams of protein.

With the above ingredients, sun chips are NOT considered keto-friendly.

A serving of 28 grams of Doritos contains 9 grams of fat, 17 grams of carbohydrates, and 2 grams of protein. They are made from ingredients that are high in carbohydrates and therefore are NOT suitable for the keto diet.

Most chips are not keto-friendly because they are highly processed and contain a high composition of carbohydrates.
